Blalock Walters Expands Tax Law, Corporate and Health Care Practice Groups

The law firm of Blalock Walters, P.A. is pleased to welcome attorney Bonita Wang to the firm’s tax law, corporate and health care practice groups. Wang earned her LL.M. in taxation from University of Florida Levin College of Law and graduated from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law, J.D., cum laude, where she was senior managing editor of Law Review. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Wang’s legal practice includes civil tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service, including U.S. Tax Court litigation; handling audit and collection matters; representing corporations and individuals in both administrative and litigation matters in front of the Internal Revenue Service; and representing taxpayers in streamlined filing compliance procedures, delinquent FBAR submission procedures, delinquent international information return submission procedures and handling IRS Voluntary Disclosure matters. She represents clients in all aspects of business and corporate transactions, including entity selection, formation, operating, partnership and shareholder agreements, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters. She works in the firm’s downtown Sarasota office.
