The Women’s Resource Center (WRC) is launching a monthly information session called "Career Connections" to connect women to quality job openings and funded educational opportunities in the community. Local employers are partnering with WRC to not only recruit for their open positions, but to help participants learn about the career paths available within their organizations and industries. The first event is Wednesday, Jan. 22, from 1-3 p.m. at the WRC’s Sarasota Center at 340 S. Tuttle Ave. The session will focus on career opportunities in the medical field.
