The Community Alliance of Sarasota County has set the date for its sixth annual Legislative Summit: Thursday, Sept. 21. The purpose of the summit is to bring together a wide range of community members to discuss and establish the region’s priorities for the 2018 Florida legislative session. This year's summit runs 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at The Salvation Army, 1701 S. Tuttle Ave., Sarasota. To participate, email [email protected].
