The Barber, a new barbershop owned by Francisco Jiménez, opened last week in Sarasota's Rosemary District. The shop, located at 430 Central Ave., Sarasota, offers haircuts and shaves. Jiménez previously worked at Sarasota's Southside Village Barbershop.
