Goodwill Manasota's Job Connection and CareerSource Suncoast are partnering to hold a series of job fairs for PGT Industries, the growing local hurricane-resistant window and door maker. Located in Venice, PGT employs approximately 1,900 individuals, making the company the largest employer in Sarasota County. On Saturday, November 5, from 9 a.m. to noon, Goodwill and CareerSource present the first of the hiring events, which will be held at the Cultural Center of Charlotte County (2280 Aaron St., Port Charlotte). PGT is seeking manufacturing assembly workers, loading techs, maintenance mechanics, production group leaders, HR generalists, and more.
