The Risdon Group launched Risdon Real Estate, a new company managed by Strategyst and created as the sales arm of the Risdon Group developments. This includes remaining sales at Risdon on 5th, which is more than 60 percent sold, as well as future sales of Risdon Group’s upcoming developments. Risdon Group, led by Steve Bradley, is also constructing  The Risdon, and the group recently purchased an existing 16,000-square-foot, mixed-use building, Centro, located at 5th Street and Central Avenue.
