Sarasota's Cumberland Advisors recently hired William Hannan as a regional investment director and Timothy Lyle as director of compliance. Hannan began his career in finance in 1981 at Lehman Brothers, where he co-managed a $2 billion tax-exempt commercial paper program, and he has 20 years of experience in long-term fixed-income institutional sales. Lyle, meanwhile, has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with over 20 of those years in compliance.
