The real estate brokerage firm Redfin on Tuesday released its ranking of Florida's 10 most walkable neighborhoods and Sarasota earned two spots in the listing. Main Street placed at No. 4 and the Rosemary District was ranked No. 10. Brian Walsh, a Redfin real estate agent in St. Petersburg, said Main Street has "lots of small restaurants and antique shops that make it a fun neighborhood to stroll through on the weekend," while the Rosemary District is "seeing a great renewal with a lot of new construction and building activity taking place."
