Veterans are invited to enjoy a free brunch at Bradenton's YachtSea Grille on Veterans Day, next Wednesday, Nov. 11, from 8 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. The menu, which YachtSea offers free in partnership with Sutter’s Quality Foods and Central Market Produce (both of Sarasota), will include eggs, bacon, pancakes, home fries, pastries and more, as well as a loaded biscuit station. Veterans can RSVP for themselves and a guest here.

MindSpa Integrative Wellness Center will also offer free wellness services to veterans and their spouses Nov. 10 and 11. The services include use of the zero-gravity floatation tank, craniosacral therapy for PTSD, high performance neurofeedback, life coaching, traditional counseling and the use of the Bio-Acoustical Utilization Device (BAUD) to help with emotional issues.
