Present Perfect

Made to Order

This striking briefcase made of leather, suede and aluminum debuted at the autumn session of Maison & Objet in Paris. The cowhide is American but it is natural tannin, finished in Japan for the manufacturer, which provides leather products to luxury brands, including Lexus. The briefcase is part of the Akaoni "Sikaku" line created by Australian designer Karl Baxter for Lamark Inc. of Japan. (Learn more at www.akaoni.co.jp.) Don’t shop for this accessory at stateside retailers, though, as it is a made-to-order product. You can buy one by contacting [email protected].

The product, manufactured by Charge4ALL of California, comes with five smart charging plugs/cords for your iPhone/iPod, Micro USB, Mini USB for Blackberry and Motorola, Samsung SCH and LG Chocolate. Available online at charge4all.net or amazon.com.
