Lakewood Ranch, voted the No. 1 multigenerational master-planned community in the country, will soon have a new community at Waterside called Avanti. Built by Pulte Homes, it will offer new-construction townhomes, single-family homes and attached villas. Pricing will begin in the low $300,000s and some homesites will have views of a 125-acre lake.

Located in Sarasota County, the main entrance to Avanti at Waterside will be off the newest segment of Lakewood Ranch Boulevard connecting University Parkway to Fruitville Road. The new community will be roughly two miles south of University Parkway and two miles north of Fruitville Road. It will also be a mile-and-a-half from the new Waterside Place, a lakeside town center home to restaurants, shops and a Sunday farmers’ market.
