Luxe Dream Garage is developing a customizable private motor condo complex in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, near the newly opened community of Waterside. The company will offer a private community for car, RV, motorcycle, and boat enthusiasts to can store their vehicles and network. The company is planning a meet-and-greet for new garage owners in early April, and units are scheduled to be completed in fall of this year.

A standard unit starts at 1,000 square feet and is air-conditioned and customizable with vehicle lifts, a mezzanine, TV/audio options, private entry/security and a wet bar. Deluxe units start at 1,200 square feet and include similar amenities. Prices range from $300,000 to $475,000.
