Neal Signature Homes has announced the Alcove at Waterside in Lakewood Ranch’s Waterside Village. Neal Signature Homes recently closed on the land for the new neighborhood, which is planned to open in early 2023. The community of lakeside homes will feature floor plans inspired by British West Indies and coastal architecture, plus water views from all angles. It will be located near the new Waterside Park, featuring a splash park, trails, volleyball courts, event lawn and boardwalk offering gorgeous lakefront views. Residents will also have easy access to Waterside’s town center and the future Players Centre for Performing Arts campus.
