The senior living community Water's Edge of Bradenton recently hired Delane Duncan-Ward as its executive director. Duncan-Ward will oversee daily operations, budget management and staff guidance. Duncan-Ward has 30 years of experience in the senior living industry, with a Florida Nursing Home Administrator license and an Assisted Living Facility license. National Church Residences, which operates Water's Edge, is the nation's largest nonprofit senior housing organization, serving more than 42,000 seniors in 340 communities across 25 states.
