Pulte Homes’ new Sapphire Point development in Lakewood Ranch is readying 14 model homes for viewing both in-person and virtually in early December. A grand opening event is scheduled for Dec. 12.

The gated community, located off State Road 70 on Uihlein Road just past the Premier Sports Campus, at completion will have 472 single-family homes nestled around nature preserves and lakes. Prices range from the mid-$300,000s to the $600,000s. Homeowner amenities will include a clubhouse with resort-style pool and fitness center fire pit, basketball court, playground and dog park.
