The tiny home phenomenon continues to roll on with the premiere of a neighborhood of 10 eco-friendly tiny homes in north Tampa. Escape Tampa Bay Village, located just east of I-75 off U.S. 301, four-and-a-half miles from the University of South Florida’s Fowler Avenue entrance. Several models are offered, many of them with cypress siding, big picture windows and metal accents.
