BOLD Lofts held a launch party Feb. 13 to celebrate the opening of the 97-unit apartment complex on Fruitville Road between Adelia and Goodrich avenues. Guest of honor was Erik Jones, a Ringling College of Art and Design grad who designed the two large murals on the building’s façade.

BOLD Lofts includes 97 rental apartments: a mix of studio; one-bedroom and two-bedroom single-floor units; and two-bedroom and three-bedroom split-floor, loft-style units. Monthly rent starts at $1,225 for a studio unit. The complex has a roof-deck pool, garden lounge, gym, secure garage parking, high-speed internet and a complimentary membership to the BOLD Cowork office spaces next door.  

BOLD Lofts developer Jesse Biter is also the creator of BOLD Live Work Play, a business incubator for creative entrepreneurs, at 1680 Fruitville Road.
