The Lake Club at Lakewood Ranch saw record sales success in 2019 with more than $85 million in sales. Its newest enclave, Genoa, contributed more than 50 of the 98 total sales, also made its debut last year. The eight newly designed models by Stock Signature Homes feature three- and four-bedroom layouts, great rooms, optional bonus rooms, extended lanais and three-car garages. Other builders in the Lake Club include Anchor Builders, Arthur Rutenberg Homes and John Cannon Homes. In 2020, additional residential expansion and lifestyle additions are planned.
