The newly released models include the 2018 Parade of Homes award-winning 1,857-square-foot Key Largo model, the 1,657-square-foot Islamorada, and the 1,857-square-foot Key West. Fewer than 10 residences remain available for sale in D.R. Horton’s Caribbean Village community in Venice. Homebuyers can choose from three one-story, single-family floor plans starting in the high $200,000s. The gated community has a clubhouse with resort-style pool with poolside cabanas overlooking the lake, a fitness center and bocce ball courts.

Lee Wetherington Homes has three luxury homes available now for purchase in LakeHouse Cove at Waterside and Country Club East, both in Lakewood Ranch, and The Founders Club in Sarasota County. The Windsong, on the 18th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones-designed golf course in The Founders Club, is priced at $1,279,900. The Westwind, on a lakeside lot in Eaglescliffe in , is priced at $1,085,095. And the Galleon, in LakeHouse Cove at Waterside, is priced at $873,100.
And Anchor Builders, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Lee Wetherington Homes and Stock Development are introducing new models in The Lake Club in Lakewood Ranch. In the Lake View Estates enclave, Anchor Builders is building its newest model, the Abaco. The home features a coastal design with island colonial influences. It is set to open for viewing in October. Also in Lake View Estates, Arthur Rutenberg Homes is building the Andalucía model. Scheduled for completion in 2019, the home will feature three bedrooms with two additional bonus rooms and a guest suite, as well as an expansive outdoor living area with lanai, cabana, pool and spa, fireplace and various conversation areas. Lee Wetherington Homes’ San Mateo model, in the Matera enclave, is a three-bedroom, European-style country house with a private master suite wing overlooking the outdoor living area, pool with infinity spa, and a lake. And also in Matera, Stock Signature Homes has constructed its Oakdale II, a furnished four-bedroom estate home with 3,408-square-feet of living under air with a living room, great room, open dining, study and morning room.
