No surprise, there’s more growth ahead for Lakewood Ranch, recently named the No.2 top-selling master-planned community in the U.S., as Toll Brothers makes its first entry into our market with The Isles at Lakewood Ranch.

The national luxury home builder has started site development at a parcel off University Parkway just west of Lorraine Road, with an eventual 450 single-family homes planned for its new gated community. Buyers will have more than a dozen one- and two-story designs to choose from, all with water and preserve views. A future private residents’ clubhouse will contain a fitness center and resort-style pool, and also planned are parks, walking trails, a dog park and boardwalk.
