Demolition crews recently tore down three buildings in Golden Gate Point to make space for The Pearl, a new five-story residential building that will be located at 609 Golden Gate Point, Sarasota. The Pearl will include eight individual condominium residences at 2,750 square feet, with prices starting at $1.65 million. The building is being developed by David Gruber's Golden Gate Point Ventures, LLC.
