Sarasota's Garden Investment Group, Inc. recently purchased Ridgewood Heights Apartments, a five-unit multi-family complex located at 4704 Swift Road, Sarasota, from Toronto's Swift Road LLLP for $600,000. Ian Black of Ian Black Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction and Niles Garden of Downtown Living Inc. represented the buyer.
