Sarasota's Osprey III LLC recently purchased the freestanding retail building located at 3562 S. Osprey Ave., Sarasota, from 3562 South Osprey Avenue LLC for $750,000. Jag Grewal and Amy MacDougall of Ian Black Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction and Michael Bush of MBN Realty Professionals represented the buyer.
