Sarasota's Storm Safe Consulting, LLC recently purchased a 3,090-square-foot freestanding office showroom building located at 5748 Swift Road, Sarasota, from Sarasota's Wentzel’s Investments, LLC for $450,000. Nick DeVito II and Joanna Ginder-Ashley of Ian Black Real Estate handled the transaction.
