The Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee's Commercial Investment Division is holding a breakfast panel discussion on downtown business and real estate development from 8 to 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 19. The panel will include developers Jesse Biter of Biter Enterprises and Kevin Daves of Core Development, as well as two representatives from the City of Sarasota: Steven Stancel, general manager of economic development, and Steven Cover, planning director. Registration costs $20 and can be completed online.
