Longboat Key's Lido Acquisitions, LLC, along with husband and wife Paul Carreiro and Kimberley Pelyk, recently purchased the 20,475-square-foot Premier Surgery Center building at 983 S. Beneva Road, Sarasota, from Naples' 983 South Beneva, LLC, for just over $4.4 million. The facility includes six operating rooms and will continue operating as before. SVN Commercial Advisory Group senior advisors Bob Morris and Mike Migone collaborated on sale.
