With 622 sales in the first half of 2017, Lakewood Ranch ranks as the third-best-selling master-planned community in the United States.

With 622 sales in the first half of 2017, Lakewood Ranch ranks as the third-best-selling master-planned community in the United States, according to a new ranking released by the real estate research firm RCLCO. The community trails only Irvine Ranch in southern California and The Villages in Florida. The 622 sales represent a 73 percent increase over the same period in 2016.
