Malcolm Stevenson recently purchased Indian Beach Apartments, a complex located at the corner of N. Tamiami Trail and Indian Beach Drive, Sarasota, from Harvey Vengroff for almost $2.2 million. The property includes a two-story, 16-unit apartment building; a three-bedroom house; a one-bedroom house; four one-bedroom cottages; and two two-bedroom duplexes.
