The Fort Myers company Seminole Gulf Railway L.P. recently purchased the 1.3-acre property that houses the concrete batching plant Sarasota Precast Products, Inc. at 1415 Myrtle St., Sarasota, from the Raymond J. McCarthy Revocable Trust for just over $260,000. John Harshman of Harshman & Company, Inc. handled the transaction.
