Lee Wetherington Homes will break ground this spring on a 3,200-square-foot, country-island style model home in Indian Lakes, a gated community being developed east of I-75 in Sarasota. The community features 67 estate-size home sites of three to four acres. Wetherington’s model will be available for potential homeowners to tour in the fall, when homes sales in Indian Lakes will begin.  Shown here is a rendering of the Westwind model.

 Neal Signature Homes is nearing completion on four models from its Cove Series in the gated community of  Provence, located on Honore Avenue between Proctor and Ashton roads.
