 Rosemary District Development, LLC has bought 26,750 square feet of vacant land at 1542 Fourth St., Sarasota, for $1.1 million. The buyer was represented by Frank Lambert of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty (premiersothebysrealty.com) and the seller, 1542 4th Street, LLC, was represented by Bob Morris, an adviser with the downtown Sarasota office of SVN Commercial Advisory Group (suncoastsvn.com).
