A 9.2-acre parcel of commercial land at 3415 Broadway Ave. in Manatee County was purchased by Waypoint Sarasota Owner, LLC for $4.35 million. The property is part of the commercial component of the University Grove neighborhood, a 139-acre mixed-use residential/commercial development just north of University Parkway, between Shade and Tuttle avenues. DeLieto & Associates, of the commercial division of Michael Saunders & Company, listed the property and represented the seller. The Ryan Moody Group represented the buyer.

Otter Cliffs, LLC has closed on the purchase of a 21,100-square-foot industrial complex at 1727 and 1755 Desoto Road in Sarasota for $1.1 million. The buyer was represented by Kevin Robbins, with Harry E. Robbins Associates, Inc.
