ECHO Realty purchased the approximately 72,300-square-foot The Shoppes at Price Crossings, which sits on nearly 12 acres in North Port, from Pacolet Milliken Enterprises Inc. for $20 million.
Sarasota Rosemary Apartments purchased 2.8 acres of vacant land at 1401 Fruitville Road in Sarasota from Fruitville Downtown Development Partners LLC for $5.77 million. The site is expected to be used for the construction of a 228-unit, five-story apartment complex called Sarasota Flats. Susan Goldstein of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller; F. Sanford Mahr of The Mahr Company represented the buyer.
Bersam Development Company purchased the 20,320-square-foot retail strip center at 1846 S. Tamiami Trail in Venice from Ande Properties, LLP for $2.65 million. Steven Larkin and Susan Goldstein of Michael Saunders & Company handled the transaction.
Shelly’s Shack, LLC purchased the 19,943-square-foot retail site at 4420 S. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota for $685,000. The property has had a vacant shell building on it for many years and is now going to be redeveloped.
