Hillview Real Estate Holdings, LLC has purchased the 13,666-square-foot retail building at 1830 S. Osprey Ave. in Sarasota from Hillview Square, LC for $4.1 million. Eric Long of Long Property Group and Paul Click of Paul S. Click Real Estate represented the buyer; Linda Emery of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group represented the seller.

 


 

New York-based Howling Wolf Realty has purchased the nearly 5,000-square-foot IHOP restaurant at 4369 S. Tamiami Trail in Venice from Scullin Real Estate VII LLC for $4.08 million. Ted Dowding of Pacific Coast Commercial represented the seller; James Bilski of Alliance Real Estate Corp. represented the buyer.

 


 

800 Broadway LLC, a company owned by Mark Caragiulo and Tom Leonard, purchased the approximately 6,000-square-foot Moore’s Stone Crab Restaurant on Longboat Key from the Moore-Hicks Limited Partnership for $3.2 million.

 


 

Geyer-Dickson Partnership, LLP has purchased 10 acres of land in Palmer Ranch from SRH Hunt, Inc. for $2.673 million. Shelly Crofut of the downtown office of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction.

 


 

DND LLC, a wholesale food sales and distribution company, has purchased a 17,400-square-foot industrial building and 47,000-square-foot vacant industrial lot at 1675 Independence Blvd. in Sarasota for $1.135 million. Terry Eastman, a commercial broker associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Sarasota represented the buyer.

 


 

Dr. Steven Bovio purchased the 4,073-square-foot office building at 2940 S. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota from Steven and Ann Judd for $1.3 million. Ian Black, Steve Horn, Melissa Harris, Jag Grewal and Amy MacDougall of Ian Black Real Estate handled the transaction.
