A bayside estate at 1240 Hillview Drive in Harbor Acres has sold for $5 million, the highest priced sale in Harbor Acres since March 2013 and only the third home in Sarasota County to sell for $5 million or more in 2015. Kim and Michael Ogilvie were the listing agents, and the selling agents were Jonathan Abrams and Brian Loebker, all with Michael Saunders & Company.
