The Riverview Complex, LLC purchased the 34,000-square-foot office multi-tenant investment building located at 1111 Third Ave. W., in Bradenton, for $3.2 million. The buyer was represented by Anthony Homer, with Focus Commercial Real Estate. The seller, Miller Enterprises of Manatee, LLC & Riverview Center Associates, LLC was represented by Hugh Miller with CMI Associates and by Debra Cooper of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group.
Property sales in Sarasota and Manatee counties in July 2015 included 1,974 closings (1,224 in Sarasota; 768 in Manatee), up 23.5 percent over last July’s combined total of 1,600 for the two-county region. Median sale prices have also been trending upwards year-over-year, with single-family median sale prices at $219,500 in Sarasota over last July’s figure of $201,000. Manatee County was at $250,000, up 8.7 percent over last July. If the final five months of the year continue at this pace, 2015 will end with the highest number of sales in the region’s history.
