Less than eight months after it opened, Hatfield Development of Atlanta sold the 179-unit RiverSong Apartment Homes at 606 Third Ave. W. in Bradenton to Connecticut-based Beachwold Residential for $31.5 million.

 


 

Utah-based Kingsley Management of Provo purchased the 244-unit Palm Bay Mobile Home Park and the 235-unit Colonial Mobile Manor Mobile Home Park in separate transactions from William Tanenbaum for $13.1 million and $14.7 million, respectively.

 


 

Hancock Agricultural Investment Group purchased nearly 2,000 acres of crop and grassland on State Route 70 East, southeast of Myakka City, from Layline Land LLC for $15.8 million.
