Bank of the Ozarks purchased the 6,832-square-foot building with drive-up lanes at 2102 59th St. W. in Bradenton from Horizon Partnership, LLP for $1.9 million. Ian Black and Steve Horn of Ian Black Real Estate and Jason Bartz of Riverside Real Estate & Management handled the transaction.




Neal Communities, a Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder, purchased 4.8 acres near Proctor Road for $1.4 million for the construction of a new gated community.




Dariusz Kuchar purchased the Key Way Apartments, a four-unit, 3.028-square-foot building at 1739 Siesta Drive in Sarasota, from the Palasz Family Limited Revocable Trust for $510,000. Sean Dreznin of Ian Black Real Estate handled the transaction
