VST Holdings I-18 LLC of New York and VST Mrc 18 LLC of Florida purchased the Bank of America building at 3303 S. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota from 3303 S. Trail LLC for $5.95 million. The buyers were represented by Derrick Schroeder of Solid Investments; the seller was represented by Ricardo Ruiz del Vizo with Optimus Commercial Real Estate Investment Advisors, Keller William Commercial team.

 


 

Stone River Retirement Community, LLC, based in Lincoln, Neb., and an affiliate of Resort Lifestyle Communities, purchased 12.5 acres near East 55th Avenue in Bradenton from Power Holding Corp. for $3.6 million. The property is expected to be used for the development of the Stone River Retirement Community project.

 


 

Jade Sarasota Two, LLC purchased 1.7 acres of land at 90 Cattlemen Road in Sarasota from BKOP1, LLC for $750,000. Dennis Dahm of Michael Saunders & Company represented the buyer; Linda Emery and Tony Veldkamp of the downtown Sarasota office of Sperry Van Ness Advisory Group represented the seller.

 


 

Dilegge Properties, LLC purchased 2318 and 2328 E. 72nd Drive in Sarasota—two half acre parcels at Centre Park Industrial Subdivision for $110,000 from Clara Gingerich, as Trustee. Nick DeVito II and Joanna Ginder-Ashley of Ian Black Real Estate and Jeff Button of Richard Kleiber Walters handled the transaction.

 


 

Hua Yan Yang of Lavender Spa leased 2,400 square feet of retail space at 2312 Gulf Gate Drive in Sarasota for a foot massage business. Janet Lincoln with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Sarasota handled the transaction.
