Big Jim VII LLC of Sarasota purchased the approximately 38,800-square-foot South Venice Storage facility from South Venice Storage LLC for $2 million. The facility sits on a three-acre property and will be converted to the Big Jim Self Storage brand, a company managed by Dora Thomas.
