SugarOak Wildewood LLC purchased the 11 buildings comprising the Wildewood Professional Center on Cortez Road West in Bradenton for $3.35 million from Redus Florida Commercial LLC. About 75,000 square feet of office space, the parcel sits on about 9.2 acres and was nearly 50 percent occupied at the time of the sale. Carol Warren of Colliers International in Tampa Bay represented the seller; the buyer was self-represented.

 


 

The 7,550-square-foot luxury home property located at 2735 Gulf of Mexico Drive on Longboat Key sold for $5.75 million, making it the highest sale of a Longboat Key property to date this year. Michael Moulton with the LBK South office of Michael Saunders & Company represented the buyers; Roger Pettingell with Coldwell Banker Previews was the listing agent.

 


 

Goodwill Industries Manasota, Inc. leased the 49,320-square-foot former Sweetbay building on U.S. 70 in Bradenton. Gemini Real Estate, LLC owns the newly leased property in the Manatee County community. Clinton P. Conway of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction.

 


 

Studio South, LLC leased an 11,490-square-foot retail space at 55 S. Palm Ave. in Sarasota. Linda Emery of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction.
