Shree Hospitality, LLC purchased the 35,700-square-foot Rodeway Inn at 5000 N. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota from Shiv Shraddha, LLC for $2.4 million.
Insula Companies, a Sarasota firm specializing in apartment community acquisition and revitalization on behalf of investors, acquired the 215,000-square-foot Woodlake Gardens in Lakeland for $10.3 million and the 176-unit Belleza in Kissimmee for $13.25 million. These properties are the 14th and 15th acquisitions since the company relocated to Florida in 2009.
