Daniel & Allison Jones purchased an 11,823-square-foot hotel at 1800 Stickney Point Road in Sarasota from Siesta Vista Condominium, LLC for $1.5 million. Roberta Kolton and Barbara Baseman of the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company represented both sides of the transaction.
ERT Holdings, LLC purchased a 30,750-square-foot industrial building at 1250 Ogden Road in Venice from ORIP Associates for $825,000. DeLieto & Associates of the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller. Eileen Tucke of Forbes Property Group represented the buyer.
Jonas Yoder Custom Homes purchased a 13,106-square-foot building at 905 Ponder Ave. in Sarasota from Mullet Properties, Inc. for $750,000. Roberta Kolton and Susan Goldstein of the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller. Kevin Robbins of Harry Robbins & Associates represented the buyer.
JRB of Venice, LLC purchased 12,300 square feet of office and warehouse space at 106 Corporation Way and 167 Progress Circle in Venice from Yellowstone Partners, Inc. for $619,250. Jeff Button of Richardson Kleiber Walter Kleiber Button, Inc. and Lueanne Wood of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Inc. handled the transaction.
1905 Enterprises LLC purchased a 20,350-square-foot distribution warehouse at 1905 72nd Drive E. in Manatee County from BCT Enterprises Inc. for $1.2 million.*
