Graber Demolition LLC purchased a 5,000-square-foot storage warehouse at 7883 Fruitville Road in Sarasota and an additional 15 acres of adjacent land from Toni A Kuxhausen for $625,000. Graber plans to use the space for storing and maintaining its equipment. Currently, the demolition firm has three offices in Sarasota and plans to relocate its offices into the space within a year.
