A Neal Communities subsidiary, Neal’s Empire State Group LLC, has purchased 110 acres from the master developers of Lakewood Ranch for $8.3 million. The land will be used to build 500 homes situated on 44th Avenue near the Lakewood Ranch neighborhood of Central Park. Homes will start in the low $200,000s.
