The location will be the home base for Tidewell Hospice staff members who serve patients in Sarasota residential homes, assisted living facilities, long term care facilities and hospitals. The 6,500-square-foot, bank-owned residential property located at 7406 Periwinkle Drive in Sarasota sold for $3.2 million, making it the second highest priced bank-owned listing in the Mid Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service and the second highest sales price for a bank-owned property since Jan. 1, 2013.
