A 3,800-square-foot residential property on North Casey Key sold for $2.275 million. Deborah Beacham of Michael Saunders & Company’s Longboat Key South office handled the transaction. This sale, along with Beacham’s $2.94 million sale of 1900 Casey Key Road, is the second highest selling single-family home on Casey Key thus far this year.
