The space will be used as the new location for AutoXotic, a new exotic car rental business. A 38,000-square-foot warehouse building located at 1523 Edgar Place in Sarasota sold for $1.28 million. The buyer, Exxxtreme, LLC, was represented by Bill Rex of Coldwell Banker Commercial. The seller, BHER LTD Family, an entity related to Florikan E.S.A., was represented by Jon Kleiber and Terry Eastman of Coldwell Banker Commercial. Florikan is preparing to move into a larger facility as it sells its remaining property.
