29 Blvd of the Presidents, LLC has closed on the purchase of the 5,950-square-foot Tokyo Restaurant located at 29 N. Blvd. of the Presidents on St. Armand’s Circle from the seller, Biel Reo, LLC.  The purchase price was $2.7 Million.  Gail Bowden and Bruce Dilges with the downtown Sarasota office of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction.

Hawthorn Management Services Corp. out of Vancouver, Wash., has purchased 4.43 acres of vacant land near Town Center Parkway in Lakewood Ranch from Schroeder-Manatee Ranch Inc. for $1.3 million. The company plans to develop an independent-living facility with 134 suites.
