ShelCidy Custom Remodeling has moved its headquarters to a new showroom and design center at 3750 S. Osprey Ave., Sarasota. The former location was a warehouse with offices on McIntosh Road. The new facility includes a 4,000-square-foot showroom and design center, administrative offices, a product studio and a window and wall covering center. The showroom currently features four different kitchen designs and a dark-wooded library design. ShelCidy, founded in 2001, has a staff of 12 employees.
Davey Bratcher has purchased a 7,146-square-foot flex space building at 8260 Pascal Drive, Punta Gorda. Eric Massey with Michael Saunders & Company handled the transaction.
